He graduated from the University of Cordillera with Bachelor of Arts, major in Economics and completed his Master of Arts in Biblical Studies at Asia Pacific Theological Seminary (APTS).
Pastor Jerry has been in the full-time ministry for the past thirty years. He pioneered Light of the World, Baguio City in 1986 and pastored it for four years.
In 1990, he became an associate pastor for two years at Full Gospel Assembly of God, San Jose, California. In 1992, he pioneered Family Church of Praise, Union City, California and pastored it for twelve years. This church gave birth to two other churches.

He has a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore and a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from Singapore Institute of Management, RMIT University.
Before joining the full-time ministry at TLWF in 2017, Reuel was a Programmer and a Network Engineer at Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Company for 5 years.
He is a music lover and an avid reader.

Before joining her husband in full-time ministry in 2005, Gloria was an English teacher at Philippine Military Academy for ten years and at Asia-Pacific Theological Seminary for two years.
While based in San Jose, California for 14 years, she took administrative responsibilities in three companies, including being a Human Resources Manager for five years.
